We strive to continue to make the Jacksonville Daily Record a destination for Northeast Florida business leaders looking for a trusted, trusted source to deliver relevant news, information, data and trends. they need to thrive and grow in the region’s rapidly changing economy.
As I gained a better understanding of who our readers are, why, what and how they read us, I noticed a hole in the nonprofit news market and began looking for ways to further the mission of our advertising partners.
In this video, I describe our new Philanthropy Partner Spotlight feature and our special 904 Day edition to benefit local businesses.
We developed the Philanthropy Partner Spotlight to partner with businesses through cause marketing, giving them the opportunity to share the mission, needs, triumphs, and goals of the nonprofits they support.
Non-profit organizations do essential work in our community. Businesses and the leaders who support them have the opportunity to promote their business alongside the nonprofit cause to our large and influential audience. together we can make a difference.
904 Day began as a grassroots movement several years ago to celebrate all local businesses, especially small ones.
Similar to Small Business Saturday in the retail world, the message of 904 Day is simple: support local businesses. Buy local, dine local, hire local, do business locally.
The Jacksonville Daily Record 904 Day edition will salute local businesses with a special edition on August 25. The deadline to reserve your space and share your commercial offers is Thursday, August 18th.
