Guinness alert: Saudi Arabian girl is youngest book series editor at 12

Saudi Ritaj Hussain Alhazmi created an epic guinness world record as the youngest publisher of a series of books at the age of 12 years 295 days. His books treasure of the lost sea (2019), Hidden World Portal (2019), and Beyond the future world (2020) are all novels written as part of a series.

The Guinness site reported that Ritaj writes fictional stories for children to help them “think more creatively and expand their imaginations”. She sold the books through its online store as well as online portals.

Now 13, she is currently working on the fourth book in the series titled The passage to the unknown.

Notably, Britain’s Bella J Dark holds the record for youngest person publish a (feminine) book, after having had her book The lost cat released when she was just 5 years and 211 days old. It was published on January 31, 2022 by Ginger Fyre Press.
