Book publisher Stockton Heath relaunches Sherlock Holmes

ONE of the most famous characters in British fiction returns to the general public after its re-release.

Book publisher Mike Bryan is launching a collection of Arthur Conan Doyle books to introduce the character to younger audiences.

In recent years there has been a huge resurgence of interest in the famous detective Sherlock Holmes after successful films starring Robert Downey Junior and a television series with Benedict Cumberbatch.

The collection includes all nine original books in stunning gift editions as a complete retro-inspired set from The Adventures of Conan Doyle.

Mike, managing editor of Baker Street Press, said: “Sherlock Holmes remains the most fascinating and enigmatic character in the history of British detective fiction.

“There has always been a high level of interest in Holmes and Watson, with 221b Baker Street receiving letters to the great consulting detective to this day.

“So we felt the time was right to launch the definitive set of Sherlock Holmes classics.”
